Wherefore this solemn hush? With foes before us and darkness prevailing; our souls burn brighter than the sun!

This text was arranged at a time when I was in need of reassurance with regard to both my art and many of my life decisions. It is loosely assembled from the work of William Shakespeare and J. R. R. Tolkien with the intent of communicating the needlessness of apathy and complacency in times of discord. This concept fuels the driving idea of this piece.
